Gerry Mercieca: Graphic Arts Director

Gerry was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan. He is a graduate of Gemini, School of Fine Arts and Airbrushing in Commercial Graphics. He has been a Graphics Artist for 22 years.

Gerry is also Art Director of Plastics Engineering magazine, based out of Brookfield, Connecticut.

He is also the owner of Eclipse Graphic Design based out of Midland, Michigan.

Gerry says: "I enjoy learning as much as I can in computer graphics. For the last several years I've been fine tuning my skills in video production, and that has brought me the opportunity to create the DVD for the book, Katrina: A Freight Train Screamin'. I hope you enjoy it!"

Married to Diane for 23 years, and proud father of two sons, Jake, 19 and Nathan, 16. Jake is currently attending college in Traverse City, and is playing in the rock band Glynis. (They just returned from the Chicago Recording Studios, recording their first full length CD.) Nathan is in high school, and also plays in a rock band with Angela and Cary in "No Regrets". He is also been in the studio with "No Regrets", working on the sound track for the DVD Katrina: A Frieght Train Screamin'

In his spare time, when he's not in front of a computer, Gerry enjoys being outdoors, camping, hiking, and riding his bikes. He also enjoys the fine art of beer tasting.
